HOLIDAY CANCELLATION & PERSONAL INSURANCE
We
have arranged an insurance scheme with specialist Travel Insurers, P.J.
Hayman & Company for all clients booking with us. This insurance is
underwritten by Elvia Travel Insurance International N.V.(Netherlands). Mondial
Assistance (UK) Ltd is the underwriters UK administrator. Mondial Assistance
(UK) Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority.
Elvia is authorised
by De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB) and regulated by the Financial Sevices
Authority for the conduct of UK business.
The premium is
included in the cost of your holiday and is per party.

The policy excess
under Section 1 is increased to £80 per party and under Section 2 is
increased to £80 per person if the claim is due to a pre –existing medical
condition.
Note : Health
conditions
This insurance is not
subject to a health warranty, however claims are excluded where at the time
of taking out insurance,
1 a. The insured
person is aware of any set of circumstances, which would reasonably be
expected to give rise to a claim.
b. Or has suffered
from a chronic or recurring illness during the previous 12 months unless
permission is obtained from the treating GP of fitness to travel at the
time of booking

The person whose condition
gives rise to a claim
- is receiving
treatment or on a waiting list for treatment in a hospital or nursing
home
- is awaiting the
results of any tests or investigations
- is pregnant and
the pregnancy was more than 28 weeks at the end of the journey
- is travelling
against the advice of a medical practitioner or for the purpose of
obtaining medical treatment abroad
- has been given a
terminal prognosis
